AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Oakwood Ridge
Farms Development Corporation for the recovery of costs by said
Oakwood Ridge Farms Development Corporation for a period not to
exceed twenty years, for the construction of The Ridges of Oakwood
Farms Sanitary Trunk Sewer (P-18300), within the Fee Fee Trunk
Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Oakwood Ridge Farms Development Corporation for the recovery
of costs by said Oakwood Ridge Farms Development Corporation, for
a period not to exceed twenty years, for the construction of The
Ridges of Oakwood Farms Sanitary Trunk Sewer (P-18300), within the
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
