The meeting was called to order by Mayor Robert Scott. Members present: Raymond
Bosch, Robert Scott, Eugene Pulju, Mayne Neddermeyer. The minutes of the last
regular meeting were read. Raymond Bosch made the motion that the minutes be
accepted as read. Eugene Pulju seconded the motion. The motion was carried. The
minutes of the special meeting of July 27, 1965, were, read. ,uaene Palju made the
motion that the minutes be accepted as read. Raymond Bosch seconded the motion.
The motion was carried. Mayor Scott read the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of July 19, 1965.
Wayne Neddermeyer made the m--tion to grant Dale Johnson variance with the Building
Cone to build a, garage on Lot 4, Block 4., Medina Morninmsile, within 13 feet of the
lot line of Lot 5, Block 11. Raymond Bosch seconded the motion. The motion was
Garr led.
A complaint was made in regard to the amplification of music at the Lakeview Resort.
Raymond Bosch will talk to Mr. Guzy in regard to this.
Ra:?mond Bosch made the motion to authorize the Village Clerk to adver. t i se for snow
removal bins to be opened at the neat regular me -t in -, and. the road committee to
draft a bid form. `,u-fine Pulju seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Raymond Bosch made the motion to have a special meet in,_; Wednesday, August 18, 1965,
at 8:00 p.m. for the -purpose of planning the budget for the 1966 year. Wayne
Neddermeyer seconded the motion. The motion was carrio-d.
Wayne Nedaermeyer made the motion to grant an On and Off Sale Non -Intoxicating
Malt Liquor T.icense to Morris R. McKee at Earlos Cafe. Eugene Pulju seconded the
motion. The motion was carried.
