HomeMy Public PortalAbout08551 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8551 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in Lots 24 and 25 of Oak Hill Manor First Addition, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District suitable alternate easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: A ten (10) foot wide strip of land the centerline of said strip being the line dividing said Lots 24 and 25 of Oak Hill Manor First Addition. Beginning at a point being 10.00 feet Northeast and 5.00 feet Northwest of the northwestern corner of said Lot 25; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet Northwest of the Northwest line of said Lot 25 North 56 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East 98.94 feet to the southwestern line of an easement variable width as shown on said plat of "Oak Hill Manor First Addition:; thence along said southwestern line South 41 degrees 16 minutes 48 seconds East 10.10 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet Southeast of the Northwest line of said Lot 25 South 56 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West 100.36 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet Northeast of the Southwest line of said Lots 24 and 25 North 33 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Plat Book 293, Pages 56 and 57 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
