AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer right-of-way in Lots 40
and 41 of Christy Addition to Southampton, in C.B. 5158, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer right-of-way, and this
District has no further use for said right-of-way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer right-of-way described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The 10 foot wide sewer right-of-way thru the Eastern 5 feet
of Lot 40 and the Western 5 feet of Lot 41
according to plat recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages
22 and 23 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
