AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Six Dollars ($29,306.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to pay the
District's and the State of Missouri's shares of the total costs
for the construction of storm sewers in Marbob Dr. #9507
Stormwater Project (P-17390), in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis
County, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twenty-nine
Thousand Three Hundred Six Dollars ($29,306.00), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Twenty
Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars ($20,960.00) toward the total
costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-six Dollars ($8,346.00) toward
the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with
the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Six Dollars ($29,306.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to pay the District's and the State of Missouri's
shares of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Marbob Dr. #9507 Stormwater Project (P-17390), in unincorporated
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
