AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Thirty Dollars ($42,230.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
pay the District's share of the total costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Rock Forest #9021-#9027 Stormwater Project (P-
17504), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis
County, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Eighty-four
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-nine Dollars ($84,459.00), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Forty-
two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Dollars ($42,230.00) toward the
total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-two Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty Dollars ($42,230.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to pay the District's share of the total costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Rock Forest #9021-#9027
Stormwater Project (P-17504), in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
