HomeMy Public PortalAbout08562 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8562 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-seven Dollars ($9,627.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Aventine Dr. #2226-2228 Stormwater Project (P-17482), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis County, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Thirty-one Thousand One Hundred Seventy-three Dollars ($31,173.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-seven Dollars ($9,627.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-seven Dollars ($9,627.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Aventine Dr. #2226- 2228 Stormwater Project (P-17482), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 1991.
