AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 7419, adopted
April 13, 1988, by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new
Section Two in lieu thereof, prescribing the revised boundaries
for Subdistrict No. 87176 (Morrow Drive) of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 7419,
adopted April 13, 1988, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Two of Ordinance No. 7419,
adopted April 13, 1988, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 87176
(Morrow Drive) shall be as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 6 of "Lindbergh Acres", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 22 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's office; thence southwesterly along the east line of said Lot 6 and along the east line of Lot 23 of said "Lindbergh Acres" subdivision, to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwesterly along the south line of said "Lindbergh Acres" to the southwest corner of Lot 27 of said "Lindbergh Acres"; thence northeasterly along the west line to the northwest corner of said Lot 27; thence easterly to the southwest corner of Lot 3 of said "Lindbergh Acres", thence northeasterly along the west line to the northwest corner of said Lot 3, thence southeasterly along the north line of said "Lindbergh Acres" to the point of beginning." The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1992.
