AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 1 and 2
of Westerly Place, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: COMMENCING at a point on the West line of an 11 foot wide dedication strip, at the easternmost corner of Lot 1 of said subdivision; thence North 25o05'00" West, along said strip, 10.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the easement to be vacated; thence South 57o45'00" West, 10.08 feet; thence North 25o05'00" West, 213.09 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 904.00 feet, an arc length of 58.23 feet; thence North 64o13'32" East, 10.00 feet; thence along the West line of the aforementioned dedication strip, along a curve to the right having a radius of 914.00 feet, an arc length of 58.88 feet; thence South 25o05'00" East, 213.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Plat Book 302, pages 18 and 19 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1992.
