AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
Section 5, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Section 5, Township 44
North, Range 5 East as recorded in Deed Book 8157, Page 1175, of
the St. Louis County Records. Said two parcels being part of a
ten (10) foot wide easement and an irregular width easement in
said parcel as recorded in Deed Book 9049, Page 1980 of the St.
Louis County Records. Parcel 1 Beginning at the northwesterly corner of lots belonging to First Evangelical Free Church, St. Louis County Locator No. 23P11-0082, and extending in a southeasterly direction, (Brg. S31o37'10" E) a distance of approximately 373.86 feet, more or less to a point of intersection with a similar easement extending from a northeasterly direction; and consisting of a strip of land of uniform width, 10' wide, and centered on the course above described. Parcel 2 Beginning at a point on the west property line of lot belonging to the First Evangelical Free Church, St. Louis County Locator No. 23P11-0082, 333.86' southerly of the concrete monument at the northwesterly corner of said lot; thence in a southeasterly direction (Brg. S81o-34'E) a distance of 59.79' more or less to a point; thence in a southwesterly direction (Brg. S78o-17'-10"W) a distance of 60.91' more or less to a point on the west property line of said lot; thence in a northerly direction along the west property line a distance of 21.14' more or less to the Point of Beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1992.
