AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to a contract with Commerce
Bank of St. Louis whereby Commerce Bank of St. Louis will perform
lock box and collection services for the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7822, adopted June 14, 1989,
authorized the aforesaid contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an amendment
to a contract with Commerce Bank of St. Louis whereby Commerce
Bank of St. Louis will perform lock box and collection services
for the District.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1992.
