AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 59 of Sandalwood - Plat 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the southwestern corner of said Lot 59; thence North 11 degrees 18 minutes West 80.09 feet along the western line of said Lot 59, to a line distant 10.00 feet southeast of and parallel with the northwestern line of said Lot 59, measured at right angles thereto; thence North 38 degrees 51 minutes East 13.03 feet along said line parallel with the northwestern line of said Lot 59, to the eastern line of said 10 foot wide easement; thence South 11 degrees 18 minutes East 88.44 feet along the eastern line of said existing 10 foot wide easement, to the southern line of said Lot 59; thence South 78 degrees 42 minutes West 10.00 feet along the southern line of said Lot 59, to its southwestern corner, and the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1992.
