HomeMy Public PortalAbout08595 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8595 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 91021 (Old Baumgartner & Heintz) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 91021 (Old Baumgartner & Heintz). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 91021 (Old Baumgartner & Heintz) shall be as follows: 2 OLD BAUMGARTNER & HEINTZ SUBDISTRICT #91021 Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of "Heim's Heights First Addition" a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 61 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorders Office, said corner also being the northwest corner of Lot 7 of "Heim's Heights" a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 38 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorders Office; Thence south along the east line of said Lot 1, a distance of 234.59 feet to a point; Thence west along a line being 42.00 feet north of and parallel to the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 331.23 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 4 of said "Heim's Heights First Addition"; Thence north along the west line of said Lot 4 a distance of 16.49 feet to a point; Thence southwestwardly along a line being 57 feet north of and parallel to the south line of Lot 5 of said "Heim's Heights First Addition", a distance of 200.00 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 6 of said "Heim's Heights First Addition"; Thence south along the west line of said Lot 6 a distance of 2.57 feet to a point; Thence southwestwardly along a line being 169.20 feet south of and parallel to the north line of Lot 7 of said "Heim's Heights First Addition", a distance of 118.54 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 7, said point being located on the east line of an existing 100 foot wide Burlington Northern Railroad Right-of-Way; Thence north along the west line of said Lot 7 on an arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1382.67 feet, an arc distance of 175.02 feet to a point; Thence continuing north along the west line of said Lot 7 a distance of 34.30 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 7, said point being located on the south Right-of-Way line of Old Baumgartner Road; Thence continuing along the northerly projection of the west line of said Lot 7, a distance of 61.59 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of "Heim's Heights Second Addition" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 64 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorders Office, and the north Right-of-Way line of Old Baumgartner Road; Thence east along said north line of Old Baumgartner Road a distance of 49.00 feet to a point; Thence leaving said north Right of Way line in a northerly direction a distance of 252.09 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 1 and the southwest corner of Lot 1 of "Meine Estates" a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 16 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorders Office; Thence north along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 192.56 feet to a corner in said west line; Thence continuing along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 119.73 feet to another corner in said west line; Thence continuing along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 109.08 feet to a point; Thence leaving the west line of said Lot 1 eastwardly along a line being 225.80 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 125.14 feet to a corner on the east line of said Lot 1, said corner being 3 distant 230.00 feet from the northeast corner of said Lot 1; Thence southeast along an east line of said Lot 1 a distance of 276.42 feet to a corner on the east line of said Lot 1, said corner also being the southwest corner of Lot 2 of said "Meine Estates"; Thence east along the south line of said Lot 2, a distance of 50.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 2, said corner also being a corner on the west line of Lot 3 of said "Meine Estates"; Thence south along the west line of said Lot 3 a distance of 145.97 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 3, said corner also being the northwest corner of Lot 3 of said "Heim's Heights Second Addition"; Thence south along the west line of said Lot 3 a distance of 55.00 feet to a point; Thence east along a line being 55.0 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said Lot 3, a distance of 173.68 feet to a point on the west line of Lot 4 of said "Heim's Heights Second Addition"; Thence north along the west line of said Lot 4 a distance of 55.22 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 4; Thence east along the north line of said Lot 4 a distance of 115.89 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and located on the west line of Lot 5 of said "Heim's Heights Second Addition"; Thence north along the west line of Lot 5 a distance of 18.18 feet to a point; Thence east along a line being 101.00 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said Lot 5 a distance of 98.42 feet to the west line of Lot 6 of said "Heim's Heights Second Addition"; thence north along the west line of Lot 6 a distance of 8.00 feet to a point; Thence east along a line being 93.00 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said Lot 6 a distance of 98.43 feet to the east line of said Lot 6 and the west line of property conveyed to Billy H. Woodring, Sr. and Linda A. Woodring, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7475 Page 634 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorders Office; Thence south along the west line of said Woodring property a distance of 94.59 feet to a point; Thence east along a line being 140.00 feet north of and parallel to the south line of said Woodring property a distance of 180.07 feet to the west Right-of-Way line of Old Baumgartner Road; Thence south along said west Right-of-Way line of Old Baumgartner Road a distance of 120.33 feet to the north Right-of-Way line of Old Baumgartner Road; Thence west along the north Right-of-Way line a distance of 180.15 feet to the west line of said Woodring property; Thence leaving said west line in a southwesterly direction a distance of 53.11 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
