AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ninety-seven
Thousand Dollars ($297,000.00) from the Extension and Improvement
Fund of Coldwater Creek, Two Hundred Three Thousand Dollars
($203,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund
Account, Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River-
Bonfils, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the St. Louis
County Sewer Operating Fund, Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Sugar Creek and Seventy-seven Thousand Dollars ($77,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Meramec River Basin to be used for engineering services for the
preparation of a Wastewater System Improvement Plan for Coldwater
Creek, Missouri River and Meramec River Service Areas; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-735 with Burns & McDonnell for the engineering
services.
WHEREAS, Contract E-735 defines the scope of services,
time and fees and payments for engineering services, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ninety-seven
Thousand Dollars ($297,000.00) from the Extension and Improvement
Fund of Coldwater Creek, Two Hundred Three Thousand Dollars
($203,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund
Account, Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River-
Bonfils, Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the St. Louis
County Sewer Operating Fund, Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Sugar Creek and Seventy-seven Thousand Dollars ($77,000.00)
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Meramec River Basin is hereby appropriated for engineering
services for the preparation of a Wastewater System Improvement
Plan for Coldwater Creek, Missouri River and Meramec River Service
Areas.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-735 with Burns &
McDonnell for engineering services for the Wastewater System
Improvement Plan for Coldwater Creek, Missouri River and Meramec
River Service Areas.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
