AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Section 31, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, and part of
Section 36, Township 47 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten (10) foot wide sewer
easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point on the east right-of-way line of West
Florissant Road 80 foot wide per deed recorded in Book
6054, Page 580 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
Records, said point also being the southwest corner of
property now or formerly of Zimmerman as recorded in
Book 2274, Page 189 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
Records; thence along the south line of said Zimmerman
property and the south line of Black Oaks Plat One as
recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 15 and also the south
line of Black Oaks Plat Two as recorded in Plat Book
78, Page 16 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records
South 88 degrees 52 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance
of 783.87 feet to a point on the south line of said
Black Oaks Plat Two, said point also being on the east
line of a 10 foot wide easement as recorded in Book
6205, Page 628 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
Records; thence along the east line of said 10 foot
wide easement South 00 degrees 58 minutes 41 seconds
East, a distance of 157.39 feet to the point of
beginning of a 10 foot wide easement vacation; thence
continuing along the east line of said 10 foot wide
easement South 00 degrees 58 minutes 41 seconds East, a
distance of 673.80 feet to a point; thence leaving the
east line of said 10 foot wide easement North 88
degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds West, a distance of 10.01
feet to a point on the west line of said 10 foot wide
easement; thence along the West line of said 10 foot
wide easement North 00 degrees 58 minutes 41 seconds
West, a distance of 673.80 feet to a point; thence
leaving the west line of said 10 foot wide easement
South 88 degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance
of 10.01 feet back to the point of beginning, as
recorded in Deed Book 6205, Page 628 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
