AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 21 of Summit View Plat 3, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion, and this District
has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southeastern corner of said Lot 21 of Summit
View Plat 3, said corner also being the southwestern
rear corner of Lot 36 of Summit View Plat 1, as
recorded in Plat Book 234, Page 58 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence North 37 degrees 28 minutes West
long the rear line of said Lot 21 a distance of 88.41
feet to the beginning of said 10.00 foot wide strip
which is described as follows: South 52 degrees 32
minutes West a distance of 70.02 feet; thence along the
arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius
of 410.00 feet, a distance of 33.00 feet; thence South
37 degrees 28 minutes East to a point on the North line
of an adjoining 10 foot wide easement; thence along
said North line southeastwardly to the intersection
with the North line of said arc, having a radius of
410.00 feet on the South line and 420.00 feet on the
North line; thence along said curve to the right having
a 420.00 foot radius a distance of 135.30 feet to a
point; thence North 52 degrees 32 minutes East a
distance of 70.02 feet; thence South 37 degrees 28
minutes East a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of
beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 249, Page 58 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
