AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 45 North,
Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in the Southeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 45 North, Range 5
East in St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 being part of a ten
foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 4797, Page 376 of
the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot
(10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 4795, Page 563 of the
St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 Beginning at the Southwest corner of said easement granted in Book 4797, Page 376, said point of beginning being distant South 1 degree 51 minutes West 100 feet, and North 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds West 77 feet from the Northeast corner of Parcel #1 described in instrument recorded in Book 8212, Page 1582 of said St. Louis County Records; thence North 1 degree 51 minutes East 90.00 feet along the West line of the North-South part of said easement to the South line of the East-West portion of said easement; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds East 10 feet along a continuation of said south line to the East line of said North-South part; thence along the boundary of said North-South part South 1 degree 51 minutes West 90.00 feet and North 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds West 10 feet
back to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said easement granted in Book 4795, Page 563, said point of beginning being distant North 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds West 77 feet from the Northeast corner of Parcel #2 described in instrument recorded in Book 8212, Page 1582 of said St.Louis County Records; thence along the boundary of said easement South 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds East 10.00 feet; South 1 degree 51 minutes West 132.90 feet; and South 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds East 17 feet; thence South 1 degree 51 minutes West 10.00 feet back to the boundary of said easement; thence along the boundary of said easement North 89 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds West 27.00 feet; and North 1 degree 51 minutes East 142.90 feet back to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
