AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Section 1 and Section 2 of Lindbergh-Warson Industrial Center
Addition No. 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of the aforesaid Section 1; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes West, 255.00 feet to the northwest corner of said Section 1, said point also being the northeast corner of the aforesaid Section 2; thence along the common boundary line between said Section 1 and said Section 2 South 0 degrees 25 minutes West, 10 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes East, 5.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 25 minutes West, 48.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes West, 10.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 25 minutes East, 48.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 35 minutes East, 5.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 119, Pages 32 and 33 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
