AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 47
North, Range 7 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 47
North, Range 7 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of a tract of land described to Raymond R. Westholt and Marian A. Westholt, his wife; Robert R. Westholt and Jill M. Westholt, his wife; and Clinton D. Allen and Sandra K. Allen, his wife, in Deed Book 7857, Page 535; thence along the eastern line of said easement South 0 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 161.90 feet; thence South 89 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 12.00 feet to a point on the western line of said easement; thence along the western line of said easement North 0 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 160.94 feet to the north line of a tract of land described to Mobil Oil Corporation in Deed Book 6576, Page 1080; thence along said north line North 84 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 12.04 feet to the Point of Beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 6551, Page 213 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
