AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in U.S. Surveys
338 and 925, Township 47 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the most western corner of "Greenway Manor Plat Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 870 on December 19, 1986, in Plat Book 256, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records, being also a point in the southeast line of "Wellington Chase Plat Four - Section Two", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 146 on November 18, 1977, in Plat Book 178, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along a west line of said "Greenway Manor Plat Two" and the prolongation thereof South 24 degrees 57 minutes 25 seconds East 167.37 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 19.98 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 275.97 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 12 minutes 00 seconds West 64.66 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West 275.97 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 00 seconds East 64.66 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 256, Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
