AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 4 East and in The Harbors at
Lake Chesterfield, Plat Five, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easements described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Four parcels of land located in Section 6, Township 44
North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. One parcel
being a portion of a twelve foot (12') wide easement in said
Section 6. Three parcels being part of variable width easements
recorded in Plat Book 275, Page 14 of the St. Louis County
Records. Parcel 1 Beginning at a point on the Southwest boundary line of "The Harbors at Lake Chesterfield Plat Five" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 252 on May 5, 1988 in Plat Book 275, Page 14 of the St. Louis County Records; said point being distant North 26 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds West 10.35 feet from the most Southern corner thereof; thence South 65 degrees 33 minutes 07 seconds West 7.80 feet to a point; thence South 44 degrees 02 minutes 04 seconds West 4.47 feet to a point; thence North 26 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds West 145.61 feet to a point; thence North 58 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds East 12.05 feet to the said Southwest boundary line of "The Harbors at Lake Chesterfield Plat Five"; thence South 26 degrees 14 minutes 16 seconds East 145.38 feet to the point of beginning.
