AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lots 1 and 1A of Caulks Creek Ridge in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
A 10 foot wide easement to be vacated, recorded in Lot 1-A,
of Plat Book 231, Page 38 as aforementioned and also
recorded in Lot 1 of "Caulks Creek Ridge" according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 207, Page 32 of
the St. Louis County Records, being the Western and
Southwestern 10 feet of said Lots 1-A and 1, 10 feet
wide and parallel to the Southwestern line of Lots 1-A
and 1 as aforementioned, excepting therefrom the 10
foot easement parallel to Strecker Road and the 10 foot
easement parallel to the Southeastern line of Lots 1-A
and 1 as aforementioned, as recorded in Plat Book 207,
Page 32 and shown in Plat Book 231, Page 38 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
