AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 402 through 408 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One
in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements and has agreed to grant to the District suitable
alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Twelve parcels of land located in Highland Village
Single Family Phase One as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of
the St. Louis County Records. The twelve parcels being five feet
(5') wide easements recorded in said Plat Book. Parcels 1 and 2: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 402 and 403 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each. Parcels 3 and 4: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 403 and 404 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each.

Parcels 5 and 6: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 404 and 405 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each. Parcels 7 and 8: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 405 and 406 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each. Parcels 9 and 10: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 406 and 407 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each. Parcels 11 and 12: The five (5) foot easements on each side of the common line between Lots 407 and 408 of Highland Village Single Family Phase One, as recorded in Plat Book 259, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Northern ten (10) feet and Southern ten (10) feet of each.
