AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a temporary
easement for lagoon in Lot 6 of Parkwood in the S.W. 1/4 of
Fractional Section 20, Township 47 North, Range 7 East in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said temporary easement for
lagoon, and this District has no further use for said temporary
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a temporary easement for
lagoon described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the westernmost corner of said Lot 6; thence South 28 degrees 04 minutes East 10.12 feet and North 70 degrees 41 minutes East 20.24 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 70 degrees 41 minutes East 131.55 feet to a point in the northeastern line of said temporary easement for lagoon; thence along the northeastern line of said temporary easement for lagoon, South 09 degrees 48 minutes 17 seconds East 103.68 feet; thence South 70 degrees 54 minutes West 98.74 feet; thence North 28 degrees 04 minutes West 103.08 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 55 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
