AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 8 of St. Simon Court in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of a sewer easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being a 1.00 foot strip in Lot 8 of "St. Simon Court", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records, and said strip being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeastern corner of said Lot 8 on the western line of St. Simon Court, 50.00 feet wide; thence along the northern line of said Lot 8 westwardly 30.00 feet; thence along a line perpendicular to said northern line southwardly 4.00 feet to the true point of beginning of the 1.00 feet strip herein described; thence continuing along a line perpendicular to said northern line of Lot 8 southwardly 1.00 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 5.00 feet south of the northern line of said Lot 8 westwardly 30.00 feet; thence along a line perpendicular to said northern line northwardly 1.00 feet; thence along a line parallel with and 4.00 feet south of said northern line of Lot 8 eastwardly 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning according to an instrument recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1992.
