AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($330,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #043
((Gravois Creek & River des Peres) 91020, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8489, adopted August 14, 1991,
provided the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($330,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for additional project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #043 (Gravois Creek &
River des Peres) 91020, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
