AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a Parallel Operating Agreement with Union
Electric Company, whereby the District will operate its own
electric generating facilities in parallel with the source of
energy supplied by Union Electric Company at the Bissell Point
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a Parallel Operating Agreement
with Union Electric Company, whereby the District will operate its
own electric generating facilities in parallel with the source of
energy supplied by Union Electric Company at the Bissell Point
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Parallel Operating Agreement as
authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
