AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an Antenna Site Lease Agreement with St.
Louis County Water Company, whereby the District will be permitted
to establish and maintain two radio receiving antennas on top of
the Crestview-Pond Water Tank of St. Louis County Water Company in
order to provide radio communication throughout the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an Antenna Site Lease Agreement
with St. Louis County Water Company, whereby the District will be
permitted to establish and maintain two radio receiving antennas
on top of the Crestview-Pond Water Tank of St. Louis County Water
Company in order to provide radio communication throughout the
District.
Section Two. The Antenna Site Lease Agreement as
authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
