AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 6 in
Block 2 of North Bemiston, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five (5) foot wide sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the west line of North Bemiston Avenue, 60.00 feet wide, distant South 31 degrees 01 minutes 22 seconds West (bearings based on north line of said Lot 6 being North 82 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West) 92.99 feet from the northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence continuing along said west line of North Bemiston Avenue South 31 degrees 01 minutes 22 seconds West 5.02 feet; thence along the west line of said sewer easement North 63 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West 137.62 feet to the west line of said Lot 6; thence along said west line North 30 degrees 12 minutes 03 seconds East 9.13 feet to the north line of said sewer easement; thence along said north line South 08 degrees 01 minutes 51 seconds West 4.33 feet and South 63 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 136.06 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 2281, Page 6 of the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1992
