HomeMy Public PortalAbout08635 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8635 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in Lots 207, 208 and 219 of Red Maple Farm, in Section 10, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portions of sewer easements described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in Red Maple Farm, as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records. The three parcels being a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6452, Page 667 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 Commencing at an old iron pipe, said pipe also being the northwest corner of Lot 207 of Red Maple Farm as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 93, St. Louis County, Missouri Records; thence along the west line of the above-mentioned Lot 207 South 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds East 62.18 feet to a point; thence leaving said west line, South 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds East 10.02 feet to a point on the east line of a 5 foot easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision. Said point being the true point of beginning; thence South 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds East 47.46 feet to a point. Said point being on the north line of a 10 foot easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds West 17.31 feet along the above-mentioned north easement line to a point; thence leaving said easement line North 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West 12.76 feet to a point on the above-mentioned east line of a 5 foot easement; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds West 30.07 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2 Commencing at an old iron pipe, said pipe also being the northeast corner of Lot 208 of Red Maple Farm as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 93, St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence along the east line of the above-mentioned lot 208, South 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds East 62.18 feet to a point; thence leaving said east line North 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West 10.02 feet to a point on the west line of a 5 foot easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision. Said point being the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said west line, South 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds East 30.07 feet to a point; thence leaving said west easement line North 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West 84.88 feet to a point on the south line of a 10 foot wide easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds East 17.31 feet along the said north line to a point; thence leaving said north line, South 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds East 50.18 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 Commencing at an old iron pipe, said pipe also being the southeast corner of Lot 219 of Red Maple Farm as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 93, St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence along the east line of the above-mentioned Lot 219, North 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds West 42.75 feet to a point; thence leaving said east line, North 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West 10.02 feet to a point on the west line of a 5 foot easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision. Said point being the true point of beginning; thence North 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West 81.13 feet to a point on the south line of a 10 foot easement as recorded in the above-mentioned Red Maple Farm Subdivision; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 25 seconds East 17.31 feet along the above-mentioned South line to a point; thence leaving said line, South 30 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds East 46.43 feet to a point on the above-mentioned west line of a 5 foot easement; thence along said easement line, South 00 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds East 30.07 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1992
