AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 77 of
Briar Hill Farm Plat No. 3, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land in Lot 77 of Briar Hill Farm Plat No. 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 164, Page 37 of the St. Louis County Records and described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 77; thence along the east line of said Lot 77, North 0o 59' 10" East, 30.00 feet to a point on the south line of a 10 foot wide easement dedicated by said Briar Hill Farm Plat No. 3, being the point of beginning of the herein described easement vacation; thence along the south line of said 10 foot wide easement, North 88o 21' 50" West, 90.01 feet to a point which is 10 feet east of the west line of said Lot 77; thence North 0o 59' 10" East, 10.00 feet to a point on the north line of said 10 foot wide easement; thence along the north line of said 10 foot wide easement, South 88o 21' 50" East, 90.01 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 77; thence along the east line of said Lot 77, South 0o 59' 10" West, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. This will exclude vacation of the existing easement recorded in Deed Book 9194, Pages 2499, 2500 and 2501 which coincides with this easement vacation. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1992
