AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($92,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in WW-5 Chelsea to
Glenway Sanitary Relief Phase II (92014), in the City of Glendale,
Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to enter into a contract with Insituform Missouri, Inc.
for the rehabilitation of the aforesaid sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the cost for the rehabilitation of said
sanitary sewers is Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-five and
68/100 Dollars ($80,355.68), and the cost of engineering,
inspection and allowance for construction change orders is Twelve
Thousand One Hundred Forty-four and 32/100 Dollars ($12,144.32),
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($92,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the rehabilitation of
sanitary sewers in WW-5 Chelsea to Glenway Sanitary Relief Phase
II (92014), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.

Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Insituform Missouri, Inc. for the rehabilitation of sanitary
sewers in WW-5 Chelsea to Glenway Sanitary Relief Phase II
(92014), in the City of Glendale, Missouri, said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
