AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($70,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the Seminary Branch of River des
Peres to pay the District's and the State of Missouri's shares of
the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Selma
Avenue and Oak Tree Drive Stormwater Project (P-16803) (90196), in
the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri at an estimated total cost of One Hundred
Thirty-five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($135,500.00) toward the
total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Forty-
six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($46,500.00) toward the total
costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($70,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,

Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Seminary
Branch of River des Peres to pay the District's and the State of
Missouri's shares of the total costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Selma Avenue and Oak Tree Drive Stormwater Project (P-
16803) (90196), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
