AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement for the construction of
a water pipe by the St. Louis County Water Company across certain
District property identified by locator number 6F320012 and as
described in the deed recorded in Deed Book 6540, Page 1880 of the
St. Louis County, Missouri records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute an easement for the
construction of a water pipe by the St. Louis County Water
Company, across certain District property identified by locator
number 6F320012 and as described in the deed recorded in Deed Book
6540, Page 1880 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
