AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
engineering services for the preparation and issuance of
industrial pretreatment discharge permits, and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
E-738 with Black & Veatch Engineers-Architects for said
engineering services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for engineering services for the preparation and issuance
of industrial pretreatment discharge permits.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. E-738 with Black &
Veatch Engineers-Architects for engineering services for the
preparation and issuance of industrial pretreatment discharge
permits.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1992.
