AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 8537, as adopted
December 11, 1991, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
a contract with Premier-Oakwood Farms Corporation for the recovery
of costs by said Premier-Oakwood Farms Corporation for a period
not to exceed twenty years, for the construction of The Ridges of
Oakwood Farms Sanitary Trunk Sewer (P-18300), within the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8537 authorized a contract with
Oakwood Ridge Farms Development Corporation for the recovery of
costs for the construction of The Ridges of Oakwood Farms Sanitary
Trunk Sewer, and
WHEREAS, said Oakwood Ridge Farms Development
Corporation has been succeeded by Premier-Oakwood Farms
Corporation for the purposes of said construction,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 8537, as adopted December
11, 1991, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Premier-Oakwood
Farms Corporation for the recovery of costs by said Premier-
Oakwood Farms Corporation, for a period not to exceed twenty
years, for the construction of The Ridges of Oakwood Farms
Sanitary Trunk Sewer (P-18300), within the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict of the District.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1992.
