AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract amendment with W.F. Corroon
Corporation, formerly C & B Consulting Group for a survey of the
Labor and Trades Schedule and the Management Schedule of the
District to determine the District's competitive posture in
relation to the market.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8404, adopted June 19, 1991,
originally authorized said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract amendment with W.F.
Corroon Corporation, formerly C & B Consulting Group, for a survey
of all the Labor and Trades Schedule and the Management Schedule
of the District to determine the District's competitive posture in
relation to the market.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in
Section One above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1992.
