AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($68,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for an
employee performance appraisal study of the Labor and Trades
Schedule and the Management Schedule of the District, and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
a contract amendment with W.F. Corroon Corporation, formerly
Powers, Carpenter and Hall, Inc., for the completion of said
study.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8473, adopted August 14, 1991,
originally authorized said contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-eight Thousand Dollars
($68,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for an employee performance appraisal study of the Labor
& Trades Schedule and the Management Schedule of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract amendment
with W.F. Corroon Corporation, formerly Powers, Carpenter and
Hall, Inc., for the completion of an employee performance
appraisal study of the Labor & Trades Schedule and the Management
Schedule of the District, said contract amendment to be comprised
of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1992.
