AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Hartford Specialty
Insurance Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the
District's Additional Earthquake Insurance coverage from July 1,
1992 to June 30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Hartford Specialty Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Additional Earthquake
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Twenty-six Thousand Seven
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($26,775.00) for such policy period,
is hereby awarded the contract for such Additional Earthquake
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
