AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Zurich Insurance
Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the District's Boiler
and Machinery Insurance coverage from July 1, 1992 to June 30,
1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Zurich Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Boiler and Machinery
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Four Thousand Three Hundred
Eighty-one Dollars ($4,381.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Boiler and Machinery coverage from
July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
