AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to the ITT-Hartford
Insurance Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the
District's Primary Premise (Owner's, Landlords, & Tenants) and
General Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1992 to June 30,
1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ITT-Hartford Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Primary Premise Liability
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Sixty-seven Thousand Four
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($67,475.00)) for such policy period,
is hereby awarded the contract for such Primary Premise (Owner's,
Landlords, & Tenants) and General Liability Insurance coverage
from July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
