AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Kemper Insurance
Company (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the District's
Fidelity Liability Insurance Coverage from July 1, 1992 to June
30, 1993.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Kemper Insurance Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Fidelity Liability Insurance
coverage, at a premium of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-eight
Dollars ($2,798.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the
contract for such Fidelity Liability Insurance coverage from July
1, 1992 to June 30, 1993.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
