AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in New Lot 5 of
Wild Horse Creek Hills Plat 1, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land in U.S. Survey 957, Township 44 North, Range 3 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, being a 20 foot wide easement in New Lot 5 of a Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 4 and 5 of Wild Horse Creek Hills Plat 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat book 274, Page 87 of the St. Louis County records and being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of New Lot 5; aforesaid, distant North 27 degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds East 219.57 feet from the centerline of DeHart Farm Road, also being a point on the South line of a 20 foot wide easement; thence along the South line of said 20 foot easement South 86 degrees 39 minutes 41 seconds West 218.98 feet to the East line of Old Logging Road, 50 feet wide; thence along the East line of Old Logging Road, North 30 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East 24.15 feet to the North line of said 20 foot wide easement; thence along the North line of said 20 foot wide easement, North 86 degrees 39 minutes 41 seconds East 213.47 feet to the East line of New Lot 5; thence along the East line of New Lot 5, South 7 degrees 43 minutes 48 seconds West 10.19 feet and South 27 degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds West 11.70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
