AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Geotechnology Inc. for
professional services related to geotechnical investigations for
the construction of the Coldwater Creek WWTP Outfall Phase I
(86065) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Geotechnology
Inc. for professional services related to geotechnical
investigations for the construction of the Coldwater Creek WWTP
Outfall Phase I (86065) in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
