HomeMy Public PortalAbout08700 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8700 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in the west 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of a ten (10) foot wide sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the above described property now or formerly of Premier-Oakwood Farm Corporation; thence along the North line of said Premier-Oakwood Farm property South 89 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds East 95.00 feet to the centerline of the above described easement to the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence along the centerline of said easement South 00 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds West 82.15 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence leaving the centerline of said easement North 68 degrees 20 minutes 11 seconds East 5.40 feet to the East line of said easement; thence along the East line of said easement South 00 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds West 77.19 feet to the South line of said easement; thence along said South line North 89 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds West 69.47 feet to a point; thence leaving said South line North 00 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence along a line 10 feet North and parallel to the South line of said easement South 89 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds East 59.47 feet to a point; thence along a line 10 feet West and parallel to the above described East line of said easement North 00 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds East 62.81 feet to a point; thence North 68 degrees 20 minutes 11 seconds East 5.40 feet to a point on the centerline of the easement and the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 7701, Page 1164 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
