AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to execute a temporary grading easement for
the grading of a creek bank by the City of Des Peres across
certain District property identified by locator numbers 240530075
and 240540195, and as described in the deed recorded in Deed Book
4226, Page 393 of the St. Louis County, Missouri records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute a temporary grading
easement for the grading of a creek bank by the City of Des Peres,
across certain District property identified by locator numbers
240530075 and 240540195 and as described in the deed recorded in
Deed Book 4226, Page 393 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
records.
Section Two. The temporary grading easement deed as
authorized by Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992.
