HomeMy Public PortalAbout08704 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8704 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in part of Lot 3 of Carson Pontiac Inc. Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Lot 2 of said CARSON PONTIAC INC. SUBDIVISION; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of 204.80 feet along the South line of said Lot 3 of said CARSON PONTIAC INC. SUBDIVISION to the intersection of said South line with the Southwest line of a 10 foot wide storm sewer easement as described in Deed Book 6709, Page 1283 of said Land Records; thence North 36 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 22.53 feet along said Southwest line of said storm sewer easement to a corner of a revised 10 foot wide storm sewer easement, the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described; thence continuing along said Southwest line of said storm sewer easement North 36 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 431.42 feet; thence continuing along said Southwest line North 71 degrees 22 minutes 48 seconds West, a distance of 116.09 feet to the intersection of said line with the West line of said Lot 3; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 10.53 feet along said West line of said Lot 3 to the North line of said 10 foot wide storm sewer easement described in said Deed Book 6709, Page 1283; thence South 71 degrees 22 minutes 48 seconds East, a distance of 115.72 feet along said North line of said storm sewer easement to the intersection of said North line with the West line of a 10 foot wide storm sewer easement as described in Deed Book 6956, Page 1187 of said Land Records; thence North 16 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 47.62 feet along said West line of said 10 foot wide storm sewer easement to 2 the intersection of said West line with the South line of said revised 10 foot wide storm sewer easement; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 16 seconds East, a distance of 10.35 feet along said South line of said revised storm sewer easement to the intersection of said South line with the East line of said 10 foot wide storm sewer easement described in said Deed Book 6956, Page 1187 of said Land Records; thence South 16 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds West, a distance of 53.02 feet; thence along said East line of said storm sewer easement to the intersection of said East line with the Northeast line of said 10 foot wide storm sewer easement described in said Deed Book 6709, Page 1283 of said Land Records; thence South 36 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds East, a distance of 413.30 feet along said Northeast line of said 10 foot wide storm sewer to the intersection of said Northwest line with the West line of said revised 10 foot wide storm sewer easement; thence South 06 degrees, 41 minutes, 13 seconds East, a distance of 19.88 feet along said West line of said revised storm sewer easement to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Plat Book 159, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records. 3 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1992. 4 Home Quarters Warehouse Lindbergh and East Concord
