AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Two Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($102,500.00) from the General Fund of the
District for professional services pertaining to the District's
sewer service charges; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Black & Veatch for the
aforesaid professional services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($102,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for professional services pertaining
to the District's sewer service charges.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Black & Veatch
for professional services pertaining to the District's sewer
service charges.
Section Three. The contract authorized in Section Two
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
