AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-seven and 94/100 Dollars ($2,227.94) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
additional costs for the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer
during highway improvements on Route 61-67, Eddie and Park to
Route 30, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an encumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient
to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-seven and 94/100 Dollars ($2,227.94) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Gravois Creek for the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer
during highway improvements on Route 61-67, Eddie and Park to
Route 30, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
