AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the
final design of PB-03 Des Peres to Frederick Lane Sanitary Relief
Phase I (90070); and authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-747 with
KBR Engineering, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of PB-03 Des Peres to
Frederick Lane Sanitary Relief Phase I (90070).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
Contract E-747 with KBR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of PB-03 Des Peres to Frederick Lane Sanitary
Relief Phase I (90070); and contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1992.
